Juldian Ship Management
JSMS is a ship management company run by skilled and experienced Chief Engineers and Captains of seagoing vessels. We provide all kinds of services for vessels operating on Bangladesh coastal and inland routes to run safely and profitably.
We assist inland vessel owners, crew, design institutes, and all related parties with 18 services including vessel registration, survey, crew certificates of competency, and design approval.

A highly accomplished Marine Engineer with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in sea service. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex vessel operations, having served 3 years as a Chief Engineer for international shipping companies, with a proven track record of safety, efficiency, and problem-solving. He is a certified Lead Auditor (QMS ISO 9001:2015 standard) certified by the CQI and IRCA.
Khandaker Mehedi Hasan

Khondaker Mehedi Hasan has over two years of experience as a Chief Engineer on bulk carriers, along with nearly 20 years of sea service in various ranks on seagoing vessels. He has served with several reputed national and international shipping companies, including PIL and Santoku Senpaku Pvt. Ltd. He is an alumnus of the 38th batch of Bangladesh Marine Academy, Chittagong, and holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Stamford University Bangladesh.
MD. Arifur Rahman Khan

Chief Engineer Md. Arifur Rahman Khan is a dedicated marine engineer with over 20 years of seagoing experience, specializing in tanker vessels, including 3 years of service as Chief Engineer. He has extensive shore-based experience, having worked as a Technical Superintendent and Technical Advisor for various maritime organizations. His professional background includes service with reputable companies such as World Tanker Management (WTM) and Ocean Tanker Private Limited (OT), Singapore. He is a graduate of Bangladesh Marine Academy, Chattogram, and holds a Master's degree from the University of Dhaka, Department of Soil, Water, and Environment. In addition to his operational and technical expertise, he is actively involved in new projects, business development, and the implementation of company business strategies, contributing to organizational growth and operational excellence.
Tanjil Rahman

Tanjil Rahman is an expert full-stack developer with over four years of experience specializing in AI-driven SaaS architecture and scalable web solutions. Experienced as the Lead Software Engineer at Daialog, he spearheads the technical strategy and development of intelligent video screening platforms using a modern TypeScript, Node.js and Next.js stack.
